This event is run entirely by volunteers, and entries will not open until the organiser is satisfied that we have enough helpers. As a general rule, if you’ve done more than five events without giving up the chance to compete and volunteering, it’s time to put up your hand. Or perhaps you have some family members who can help out, while you compete? This table shows the roles we need help with and the kind volunteers who have already put up their hands. If you can help out, or have family members who can, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You could earn a Volunteer Reward, and some roles will still allow you to compete in the event.

Join us for the highlight of the South East Queensland rogaining calendar, up to 24 hours of rogaining. The course will be set to provide serious competitors with navigational challenges and tough route choices, while novices will have plenty of options close to home. As always in rogaining, you can be as competitive or as casual as you like. You decide whether to stay out all night or return to the Hash for a hearty feed and a snooze by the most awesome campfire. Novices are always welcome!
This event will take place over 24 hours with teams of two to five people. You can choose to enter the traditional 24hr rogaine or the ’15hr roving’ competition. If you enter the 15hr roving event, you can spend up to 15 hours on the course in total (so you can get a nice sleep and go back out in the morning) and you’ll also get a result in the 24hr Championship event. The traditional 24hr event is the Queensland Rogaining Championship.
Camping on Saturday night is included in your entry.
