Moonlit Macadamia Madness – 6/12hr Rogaine – 22-23 June – Last Chance to Enter!

Entries close on Wednesday night – get in quick…
For those who have already entered, the event information will be sent out via email on Wednesday night.

Our 6 and 12hr foot rogaines will be held on Saturday 22 June 2019 in the Bauple State Forest, original home of the macadamia nut. We’ve got a really nice start/finish and Hash House location, plus some open farmland added to the map since we were in this area last time (2013).

Make sure to plan to stay over the night and enjoy the Hash House food, campfire and camping opportunities. Dinner and breakfast are included in your entry fees, and  also go out on the course the next morning to collect controls and check out parts of the course you might have missed.

More details and online entry are here.

Stones Throw 8hr Hike/Bike Rogaine Washup
The reports from this event indicate that everyone had a great time, with many taking advantage of the camping opportunity and doing the MTBO event nearby on the Sunday. The Tiger Adventure team of Sara Barrett, Shaun Jackson, Paul Elby, Luke Finn and Trevor Mullens won the event ahead of Liam St Pierre and Cass Kimlin in second place and Oskar Booth and Andy Fellows in third. Congrats to all participants and big thanks to the organisers for putting together a great event in a short timeframe.

A Spoonful of Sugar 15/24hr Rogaine – Entries Now Open
Don’t miss the highlight of the 2019 rogaining calendar! Up to 24 hours of rogaining – as always, you decide how much you’d like to do as a team. The course will be set to provide serious competitors with navigational challenges and tough route choices, while novices will have plenty of options close to home. As always in rogaining, you can be as competitive or as casual as you like. You decide whether to stay out all night or return to the Hash for a hearty feed and a snooze by the most awesome campfire. Novices are always welcome!

Camping on Saturday night is included in your entry, and camping is also available at the Hash (start/finish location) on Friday night and Sunday night if required (cost $6 per person – please have cash). There is also a motel, cabins (Tiaro Tourist Stopover) and free camps (Tiaro and Petrie Park) in Tiaro (approx 25 minutes from Hash) or numerous accommodation options in Maryborough (approx 40 minutes from Hash).
